3. Account Registration

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

13 PHJL does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱).
5. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements
13 PHJL regularly offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to our players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general 13 PHJL Terms and Conditions.
Key rules that apply to all bonuses at 13 PHJL:

7. Prohibited Conduct

- Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 13 PHJL, its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
- Loss of data, profits, or gaming opportunity caused by technical downtime or force majeure events
- Third-party actions that result in unauthorised access to your account
- Decisions made by the player while under the influence of substances or in breach of these terms
The total aggregate liability of 13 PHJL in any dispute shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
